Tata Literature Live! The Mumbai LitFest announces longlists for five literary awards

Mumbai, 1st November 2019: The longlists for five categories of prestigious literary awards conferred by Tata Literature Live! The Mumbai LitFest (November 14-17) were announced today.

The Awards were instituted to recognise and encourage literary talent across genres, for both established and new writers. The winners will be announced at the grand Awards Ceremony to be held on November 17 at the NCPA, Nariman Point.

 

Tata Literature Live! Book of the Year (Fiction) Longlist (in alphabetical order)

1.     I Have Become the Tide by Githa Hariharan (Simon & Schuster)

2.     Small Days and Nights by Tishani Doshi (Bloomsbury)

3.     Tell Her Everything by Mirza Waheed (Westland)
