Raghav is the author of the novel ‘Scent of a Game’, themed around wildlife and conservation and ‘Kali’s Daughter’, a novel about caste and discrimination in the elite IAS/IFS. He is from the IAS and has held significant positions in the Government. He has been an Edward S Mason Fellow at Harvard University and has studied in St Stephen’s College, Delhi. His articles on inclusive growth, management and sustainability have been widely published. He is the Director of the Bhopal Literature and Art Festival.
