Leonardo da Vinci, Lewis Carroll, computer art – from the ancient Greeks to modern times the relationship between mathematics and the arts has been postulated. Several artists, sculptors, and musicians, poets have spoken about mathematical harmony, and vice versa. Computer and graphic design follow some fractal dimensions. Many mathematicians have described their subject in terms of pure beauty. The laws of the universe which mathematics interprets, are reflected in its beauty, and that beauty in turn is reflected in art forms practiced by humans since the beginning of time.
