A new breed of promoters are starting potentially profit-making enterprises, but of which social benefit is the primary aim, not just a benign outcome. These are trained business people who successfully use commercial methods to make the money to run activities to improve social conditions. The harnessing of the facilities of the digital age with the business talent of a focused entrepreneur, can revolutionise the speed and efficacy with which the various problem areas of society can be improved.
